hi guys and girls new to forum so i thought i would say hello.well here i am i have just come back into the health and fitness lifestyle after a long lay off due to the death of my father who was my coach.Ihave just come back to health and fitness as a lifestyle it fell by the wayside after my father died went on the road of self destruction that all changed when on november 6th 2006 i made the decision my father wanted me to make but i couldnt and that was to go back to gym and be the best i could be november 6th 2006 128.4kg september 3rd 2007 78 kg 37mm over 7 points.dad was right i could be the best i could be.Got requalified cert 3 & 4 back doing what i should have never left but i think this was one of those journeys you have to take to become a better person.i know where people are now and where they want to be because i have been there.to all the people reading this who say i cant do that lose 50.4 kgs in 42 weeks just remember this LIFES JOURNEYS START WITH JUST ONE STEP IT WILL BE THE HARDEST BUT IT WILL BE THE MOST FULLFILLING STEP YOU TAKE TO RECLAIM WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY YOURS A MORE HEALTHY FUNCTIONAL STRONGER BODY NOT JUST PHYSICALLY BUT MENTALLY AS WELL.If you would like to reclaim what is yours your old body and you are in the brisbane area get in contact and we can start the reclamation project together.Yours in health and fitness Karl

Hi Marcin thanks for the reply. I will be around to talk,motivate whatever anyone needs to kickstart the reclamation process.I hope that my story can even just help one person then it has done its job hopefully it will inspire hundreds LOL.Just remember all it takes is one step to start a new journey in your life.Yours in health and fitness cheers karl
