Hi First Of All Well What Is The Exercise Program You Are After If You Are After The One That I Used To Lose All My Weight It Was A Multi Faceted Program Consisting Of Cardio Both Short And Intense And Also Long And Slow Also Strength Training Same Thing There Mix It Up One Week Really Light Weights Heavy Rep Work Minimal Break Turn Your Workout Into A Big Circuit And Also There Was Strength Weeks.just Remember When You Start Off Take Baby Steps They Will Turn Into A Walk Then A Run.
