hi there just would like to know what the best diet is to lose my stomach

Hi just remember when you lose bodyfat you lose bodyfat from everywhere you cant spot reduce men carry excess weight around middle that is the last place for it to leave.Just remember to keep your metabolism going by eating 6 to 8 small meals a day containing appropriate amounts of protein,carbohydrates and essential fatty acids.remember your water intake.training wise increase cardio and possibly change your weights routine to lighter weights heavy rep work with minimal break between sets and turn it realistically a big circuit.that will burn a bucketload of calories.remember cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.hope this has helped yours in health and fitness karl
