Hey, I am trying to loose some pounds in four months. I go running every morning for my exercise. I am worried that my diet is bad. I try to cut down on everything I eat. Typically for lunch I will eat a sandwich consisting of turkey on whole wheat bread; possibly some fruit, and water. Than for dinner I might go to have a small tuna on wheat with no cheese and light mayo. May be that is not a good idea, I don't know. Can I have some help on dieting and maybe some diet tips? Thank you.

It is quite easy to loss some pounds in four month, because the time is so much
to achieve the goal. so make a routine for the exercise and plan your diet sheet both things
will help you in weight loss.

Hey buddy,
Running is much helpful in this session to loss weight and body fat..... Fresh veggies and fruit's are much helpful in the weight loss session.... I think that you should also use the fat burner like the green tea and have the much positive one result's.....

Yes running is very important thing and makes a good difference and also a good exercise for fitness. And weight can easily be lost through running.

Hello friends. i have a problem. i want to lose my weight. I have done everything for it but my weight is still there. i did many exercises and spend my time on gym . my friends tell me that my weight is naturally increased so there is no any solution of it. Please help me . i want to get ride from it. Give me your opinion. I hope my problem will solve. Thanks in advance.
