hi all,
i need help i have been trying for ages but cant seem to find a way to get my body fat % down to 10 or 12% i have some knowlege but i eat regulary but always feel hungry unless i stuff myself i have tried cycling carbs up and down ect but cant stick are there any secrets to help?

Hi Gilmore,

Welcome to the forum.

Working in the industry I come across similar questions quite often. Since you mentioned that you have some knowledge, im not going to get into the obvious suggestions such as regular cardio exercise or healthy eating. I presume that you allready adhere to the above.

Have you ever used any fat metaboliser supplements?

Some people swear by them, while others see no benefit. The ones that usually see no benefit, are the ones that use it for a week or two and expect to drop pounds, without any exercise. They usually end up giving up on the supplement.

There are plenty of fat metabolisers out there, so if you havent allready looked into them, go into any sports or health food store to check them out.

I have seen people get some great results from Lipo Burn. Its a protein supplement loaded with fat metabolisers made by Body Science. They have also just released it in cap form, and combined together (the protein and the caps) you might see the results that you are trying to achieve.

I must warn you however, the protein shake could taste better. You can certainly taste the active ingredients... They really do taste like they could strip the fat of anyone.

I agree, Marcin.

Some people get some great results from Fat Metabolisers.

It may be beneficial to do your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach (if your not already) and before you do take your Fat Metaboliser approximately 30mins beforehand. Also taking it before you go to bed will ensure you are maximising your fat buring while you are sleeping.

Hi as well as the fat burners you could also think of taking a liver cleanser and just give your body a little overhaul try musashi red morning and night.It really worked for me it might just be what your body needs a little clean then it will turn into a fat burning machine.Good luck yours in health and fitness karl.
