Have been on a steady diet for 2 months now and have lost 19 kilos. I want to share with everyone my biggest secret. I use to eat allot of pasta and bread every day. I read in a Mens Health article that cutting down on these 3 main foods:

1) Pasta
2) Bread
3) Sugar

Can help you shred weight faster than you think :) Give it a shot and post your experience.

Hi Fitguy, welcome to the forum.
You are absolutely right, Bread and Pasta is carbs and Sugar..well sugar is just sugar. If you have an excess of all those on a daily basis, I can se how that could add to the waist line.

PS. Nice going with the diet, thats some incredible results :-)

If any one avoid these things he can loss his weight, because these things are

I also agree with you that pasta, sugar and bread is the major contants which are the fat rich and if leave in weight loss session than surely give the much better one result's.....

yeah fats are more harmful than protein to lose weight... and all these three things contain fats..
You should take more carbs instead of fats and proteins..

Yup... Sugar is the main reason of the overweight that effect your body very rapidly.... I also avoid these things but not to reduce fit, just for the purpose of maintain health...

Bread is the main thing that should be avoided . . . !!!
Cause it is the most fating thing and fattens you so rapidly .
