Hi Anyone Been To These Two Events If So Are They Worth Going Too As I Am In Brisbane And They Are In Sydney So There Will Be Some Expense Any Thoughts Will Be Appreciated Cheers Karl

Hi Karl,
FILEX is great, I went to the Sydney one, in April i think it was (2007)
Its basically a hoge exhibition centre packed with everything to do with the fitness industry, All new equipment, nutrition etc. I was in there for about 2 hours so not sure if it would be worth you flying in from Brizzie, but its definitely something not to miss if youre a fitness fanatic.

p.s, correct me if Im wong, but I thought FILEX and fitness expo are one thing. Think it stands for Fitness Industry & Lifestyle Expo.

FILEX is run by the Australian Fitness Network and is a convention program for fitness professionals and includes a Business Summit for fitness business owners/managers.
The Australian Fitness Expo is run concurrently by Diversified Events and includes both an industry "trade" only day on the Friday; and, then public access on the weekend. It is the largest trade exhibition for the fitness industry. They are both worthy events to attend and while they do go to Brisbane and Melbourne in alertnate years, Sydney is the largest.

Hi Guys Im attending the Filex this year in Sydney.. anyone else going? Also have you guys seen the cardiogym machine? im hoping to pick one up at the show... industry rates ;-)
