Introductions
Kickstart Fitness is the Illawarra's premiere personal training and group fitness service, that has been designed to suit you, your lifestyle and your budget.
At Kickstart Fitness we believe:-
- Getting fit and staying fit is about changing your lifestyle, not about get-fit-quick schemes and diets
- Group training doesn't need to cost the earth, especially if (like us) you don't have the overhead of a huge training venue built to cope with the masses. Hence we can keep our prices VERY affordable.
- Long-term contracts are just a way to get you to keep paying even if you aren't using the service. We don't use them - we'd simply prefer to provide a great service!
- You CANNOT get fit by doing low-intensity 30 minutes sessions a few times a week. You need to exercise for an hour a session, at least three times a week. Anything less and unfortunately you (or the gym you belong to) are wasting your time and money.
Apart from one-on-one and group training sessions we can also provide the following:-
- your own training program and goal setting
- regular assessments to keep track of your progress
- affordable products to assist in your training
- ongoing support
