Octagen sound quite good they are in the Valley. They use kettlebells which are a great way to train. If you are looking at a great results producing workout, I would seriously have a look at kettlebell training. Ben Minos at Octagen is a Physio and as far as I know he is one of the only qualified Kettlebell intructors in Queensland. If you are looking at a quick and results producing workout I would seriously give Kettlebells a try.![]()



To be honest, I have been with them for only weeks, yet I've seen a lot of improvement. What's more unlike being in a gym, these guys really know how to pep you up, so you don't lose motivation along the way.
